WHAT WILL U.S. HEIR FINDERS DO TO HELP ME START MY CLAIM?

When you decide to become a client of U.S. Heir Finders, we will guide you through the asset claims process until the day of final accounting. We prepare the genealogical chart and case documents, set up appointments and meetings with officials, file all necessary forms, and handle any other issues that may arise during a missing heir case. In majority cases, the client may not need to be there physically to receive their pay out.

HOW DO WE FIND LOST OR UNCLAIMED ASSETS?

U.S. Heir Finders perform an extensive  investigation that may differentiate based on the type of claim. We first view public records, probate records, and other sources that may find the source of all unidentified or lost properties. We then analyze the information and decide whether all parties involved are worth the intensive process of finding missing heirs. We often find opportunities to find lost heirs that others have overlooked based on years of experience.

HOW DO WE FIND THE HEIRS/OWNERS AFTER LOCATING A LOST OR UNCLAIMED ASSET?

After multiple steps of judging and valuing a great asset, our team of private investigators and researchers start their well-advanced investigation. Their expert work includes the preparation of genealogy charts, investigation of record archives, trained interview procedures, and in-depth research via our network of databases and colleagues from around the USA.

HOW DO WE GET PAID?

U.S. Heir Finders receive a finder’s fee  from a portion of the claim paid by the source of the monies in a separate check taking all duties away from the client having to pay us directly. You never pay anything out of pocket. We are only paid if you receive payment. If you get nothing, we get nothing! Period.

HOW CRITICAL IS TIMING WHEN GETTING A CLAIM COMPLETE?

Did you know the U.S. Government claims Billions of Dollars a year in unclaimed properties? After a certain amount of time has gone by, a claim can no longer be retrievable and is legally kept by the government.

We are able to submit electronically in some cases; if we are able to do so in your case, it speeds up the process by 50%.
